Beagle Dog Hepatocytes
Celsis IVT offers the largest selection of animal hepatocytes in the industry including beagle dog. Animal cryopreserved hepatocytes can be used to perform coupled phase I and II metabolism and are a powerful tool for studying and comparing the species-specific metabolism and toxicity of your compounds.
Extensive characterization is performed on all beagle dog hepatocyte products. Animal cryopreserved hepatocyte lots are prepared from a pool of animal donors. A product data sheet is prepared by Quality Control for every lot of animal cryopreserved hepatocytes.
Fresh beagle dog hepatocytes are isolated every month and view our Animal Isolation Calendar for specific dates. Beagle dog hepatocytes are available in plated and suspension formats. Inquire with Customer Service for more information.
Our animal cryopreserved hepatocytes are vialed at 1 mL/vial. A Percoll purification step is not required with Celsis IVT cryopreserved animal hepatocytes. Each lot will yield at least 5 million viables cells and a viability specification is met based on species.
